X-Sound Engineering Inc. provided Preliminary, Construction and As-built engineering plans for this beautifully developed 695 acre site located near Granite Falls, Washington. The subdivision was designed and constructed in seven separate phases. The subdivisions will include over 300 one-acre home-sites with plenty of open space preserved for wildlife and trails. The developed site will include over 6.8 miles of paved roads, 10 separate storm-water detention ponds, and Native Growth Protection Areas.
